You pick what food you want to eat and just make sure they fit in the containers. Great stuff…Though each day you are focusing on a particular body part you are also using your entire body so that rate of cardio and to help you get shredded fast…

Unfortunately, this is where I always FAIL, I didn’t stick to the meal plan as well as I should have and that is why I didn’t have incredible results but the results are still noticeable.
- No other program has you eating this well and working this hard. But if you want a lean six-pack, cut arms, ripped shoulders, and toned legs . . . you have to take it up a notch. It’s going to take guts, intensity, and drive. But, it’s only 21 days. You can do this!!!
Here’s the real numbers that will show how well this program worked for me from InBody Composition Test.
I was astounded when I saw these results. Keep in mind that the “Before InBody Composition Test” was one week into the 21 Day Fix Extreme so the numbers were probably worse. Check out the Before and After photos above.
Here are some results typed out:
- Weight went from 173.3 lbs to 169.8 lbs
- Skeletal Muscle Mass went from 80.9 lbs to 82.9 lbs
- Body Fat Mass went from 30.6 lbs to 25.2 lbs
- Percent Body Fat went from 17.7% to 14.8%
Unfortunately due to a incorrect iPhone backup password when I got my new iPhone 6 I was not able to retrieve all my photos I took of the meals I cooked. Bummer right? I am still trying to think of what is was because there are a lot of other photos I wanted to keep.
