It’s Day 21!!!! Healthy Habits are forming and you should have noticed them by now. Miss your workout? Or even think about it? I bet you felt guilty. I know I do when I miss my workout.

9 Days until we take our 30 day pictures! Do you know what that means? It’s time to be focused, have a plan and totally kill it for the next 9 days!!! Sundays are always my plan and prep days so post a picture of some of your prepping.
