Day 23!!! HOLY CRAP!!! You are but 7 days away from your 30,60 or 90 DAY PICS!!! It’s time to buckle down and make these final days COUNT!!! I’m talking complete every workout (pushing past your previous brink of failure), eating CLEAN and OFTEN… and committing to a POSITIVE attitude and self talk! Most of you have already made it past the point of where you have EVER lasted before!!! THAT ALONE is a HUGE achievement… but now is NOT the time to slack… it’s the time to PUSH!!!
