Have you ever woke up in the morning and said to yourself “I will workout today”. But then life takes over and you go to bed saying, “I didn’t workout but I will tomorrow”. Tomorrow comes and go’s but no workout, the days keep adding up and adding up. Then you find yourself years in the future being overweight and unhealthy…
What happened? You had such good intentions years back. Where did you goals go, where id the motivation go to stay healthy? you know how important it is to workout and eat healthy. Don’t you? I know I was in the same boat, I begin to not care what I was eating and drinking. I begin to buy bigger pants and shirts. I begin not liking what I was seeing in the mirror either. I was ashamed of who I had become.

That’s when I was introduced to Shakeology. I already knew about Beachbody because I purchased P90X back in 2006 but never completed it. I thought it was “to hard”. Well I was wrong. What I was missing was the motivation and support from others. Who then? A Beachbody Coach that’s what I needed. I needed a Beachbody Coach to help me stay motivated. I got the support and education to help me change my life around from Seay Stanford. At that time Seay was just beginning her Beachbody Coaching career and we were friends so I said sure why not. I know she did great with her challenge so why not have her help me transform my life to a healthier one.
