Have you ever wondered why your neighbor has more toys then you do? Or maybe they take more vacations then? Or they are in better shape then you? It’s not about the money, you make the same or sometimes more. It’s not about the food your see them eat at the neighborhood BBQ. It’s they do things each day that you don’t see that make them a success. For me it’s my physical appearance.
The first thing I do when I do every morning when I get up is stretch. I do a few yoga Asanas and then 25 pushups and 25 squats. This wakes my body up so much that I do not need coffee any longer and go right for Shakeology for all my vitamins and nutrition.
