Ingredients:
• 2 Tbsp. skim milk
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and combine on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy. Yields eight 2-1/2 Tbsp. servings.
